Event Policies

Please read the following event policies carefully. Click on the circle next to each condition to acknowledge that you have read and accepted each policy.

Setup Policy*

Set up time and details will be sent to you one week before the event

Booth Allocation*

The final booth allocation is at the discretion of Festival Management.

Products Policy*

ALL DETAILS OF THE PRODUCTS YOU WISH TO DISPLAY MUST BE DESCRIBED CLEARLY ON THIS APPLICATION. ALL CANADIAN EVENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO REMOVE CERTAIN PRODUCTS IF IT IS NOT WRITTEN ON YOUR APPLICATION. THIS IS OUT OF RESPECT FOR OTHER VENDORS WHO MAY HAVE APPLIED EXPRESSING THEY WOULD BRING SIMILAR ITEMS. THOUGH DUPLICATES MAY BE AT ANY EVENT, WE WISH TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF “THE SAME” ITEMS AT A SHOW.

Hydro Policy*

Due to venue resources, ALL food trucks must be able to provide their own source of power. Hydro hookups to table food vendors (truckless) is available at specific events on the registration page.

Subletting Policy*

Subletting space is prohibited. The Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allocated by Show Management to the Exhibitor.

Arrangement of Exhibits Policy*

Displays must not protrude beyond the measured booth dimensions or obstruct a clear view of the neighbouring booths.
