This application can be used by BAKERS to register for the 2024 Niagara Butter Tart Fest presented by All Canadian Events.

Taking place Saturday, September 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM EDT
and
Sunday, September 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EDT

Spaces Available: Standard Outdoor ($150×2=$300)
and Standard Indoor ($140X2=$280)

West Niagara Fairgrounds, 7402 Mud St W, Grassie, Ontario

**PLEASE NOTE**

All Bakers must have prepared desserts in an inspected facility. Inspected facilities include community halls, inspected church kitchens, business kitchens etc.

**RAIN OR SHINE EVENT**

THE OUTDOOR SPACE AT THE WEST NIAGARA FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE 10’X10’. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN TENT AND TABLE TO THIS EVENT.
AN INDOOR SPACE WILL BE 6’X 4′ IN SIZE AND CAN HAVE AN 6′ TABLE PROVIDED. NO TENTING IS REQUIRED INDOORS.

Booth Allocation*

The final booth allocation is at the discretion of Festival Management.

Products Policy*

ALL DETAILS OF THE PRODUCTS YOU WISH TO DISPLAY MUST BE DESCRIBED CLEARLY ON THIS APPLICATION. ALL CANADIAN EVENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO REMOVE CERTAIN PRODUCTS IF IT IS NOT WRITTEN ON YOUR APPLICATION. THIS IS OUT OF RESPECT FOR OTHER VENDORS WHO MAY HAVE APPLIED EXPRESSING THEY WOULD BRING SIMILAR ITEMS. THOUGH DUPLICATES MAY BE AT ANY EVENT, WE WISH TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF “THE SAME” ITEMS AT A SHOW.

Subletting Policy*

Subletting space is prohibited. The Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allocated by Show Management to the Exhibitor.

Arrangement of Exhibits Policy*

Displays must not protrude beyond the measured booth dimensions or obstruct a clear view of the neighbouring booths.
