This application can be used by BAKERS and HOT SAUCE VENDORS to register for the 2025 Ancaster Butter Tart Fest part of the Sweet & Heat Fest presented by All Canadian Events.

**PLEASE NOTE**

All Bakers must have prepared desserts in an inspected facility. Inspected facilities include community halls, inspected church kitchens, business kitchens etc.

THE INDOOR SPACE AT THE ANCASTER FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE 9’X 9’. BAKERS and HOT SAUCE VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLE AND ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING A TENT.

Setup Policy*

Set up time and details will be sent to you one week before the event

Booth Allocation*

The final booth allocation is at the discretion of All Canadian Events.

Products Policy*

ALL DETAILS OF THE PRODUCTS YOU WISH TO DISPLAY MUST BE DESCRIBED CLEARLY ON THIS APPLICATION. ALL CANADIAN EVENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO REMOVE CERTAIN PRODUCTS IF IT IS NOT WRITTEN ON YOUR APPLICATION. THIS IS OUT OF RESPECT FOR OTHER VENDORS WHO MAY HAVE APPLIED EXPRESSING THEY WOULD BRING SIMILAR ITEMS. THOUGH DUPLICATES MAY BE AT ANY EVENT, WE WISH TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF “THE SAME” ITEMS AT A SHOW.

Subletting Policy*

Subletting space is prohibited. The Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allocated by Show Management to the Exhibitor.

Arrangement of Exhibits Policy*

Displays must not protrude beyond the measured booth dimensions or obstruct a clear view of the neighbouring booths.

FEES

Once payment is made, I/we understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable.

The Baker agrees that All Canadian Events assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss suffered, as a result of the Baker participating in the Event.

Every effort will be made to operate the event however, if an event is cancelled due to reasons beyond All Canadian Events control such as - acts of God, Government Decree, fire, weather, pandemic, natural disaster, ordinances by legal authority, no refunds will be issued. Should the event be cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions surrounding large events exhibitors will have the choice of rolling to the future event date.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Any slanderous posts or communication and the alike, concerning All Canadian Events will not be tolerated. If such comments are made with the intent of injuring All Canadian Event’s reputation and causing harm to its business interests you may be liable for libel, slander and intentional interference with its economic relations, accordingly the appropriate remedies will be sought.

All Canadian Events reserve the right to use any photographs or publicize any images at its discretion. You authorize All Canadian Events to use any images submitted with the application or taken at the event for the purposes of promotion. Further, All Canadian Events is not responsible for any errors or emissions made by a third party.

INSURANCE

Liability insurance is required for every Food Vendor naming All Canadian Events as a secondary.

INDEMINIFICATION

All Canadian Events, its officers and directors, employees, contractors and agents, its sponsors, and/or the host facility (the “Indemnified Parties”) shall not be responsible for injury, loss, expense or damage to persons, goods, equipment or décor, caused by accident, or any other cause, either directly or indirectly including prior to the event, during the event and following the event. This applies to any injury, loss or damage to persons, goods, equipment or decor, which occurs during the transportation of goods, and/or other cause beyond the control of event management, who shall be in no way whatsoever liable. The Artisan agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Indemnified Parties from all costs, damages, expenses and liabilities resulting from any act or omission of the Artisan, its employees, contractors, agents or those whom the Artisan is liable for.
