Time to raid your closet for the perfect pink & white outfit and join us in the whimsical forest surrounded by trees & lights for Pizza Pasta Wine. Use your souvenir drinking cup to have access to 20+ different wines (red, white, and rose), cider, beer, coolers, Sangria and Peach Bellini. Come hungry because our gourmet food trucks will be cooking up stone oven pizza, pasta, and other street food favourites! Rest your feet as the day will be full of dancing and singing along to live music.

How does the event work?

  • Tokens will be available for purchase and can be brought to our wine tents to be traded in sample sizes. You will use your souvenir cup for the wine samples.
  • Tokens can be used towards wine, cider, coolers, beer, Sangria and Peach Bellini.

Where is Pizza Pasta Wine taking place?

What do I need to bring with me the day of the event?

  • Everyone in attendance will need to show proof of age with ID (this event is 19+, no exceptions).
  • Please remember that your name on your ticket MUST match your ID to gain entry.

Is the event rain or shine ?

  • Yes! We will be soaking up the rays of sunshine or dancing in the rain. However, we did place our order for sunshine 6 months in advance!

What age do I have to be to attend? Can I bring my kids?

  • This event is 19+ only. Proof of age is required to gain entry.

Is there a dress code?

  • Pink and white attire required. Time to dress to impress!

Can I bring my own blanket?

  • Yes, you can bring your own blanket. No lawn chairs please.

Will security be present?

  • We will have our security team present making sure all runs safe and smoothly at Pizza Pasta Wine
  • No backpacks will be allowed into the event. Purses and small bags will be checked by security prior to entry.

Can I bring my dog ?

  • Sorry, no pets allowed.

Where are tickets being sold?

  • Tickets will only be available for purchase at allcanadianevents.com
  • We are not responsible for any tickets purchased from third party sites.

When can I buy tickets to the event?

  • Presale tickets will be available April 15, 2024
  • General ticket sale will start April 22, 2024.

I see the event is both Friday and Saturday, is my ticket valid for one or two days?

  • You can either purchase a ticket for Friday or Saturday.
  • You are welcome to purchase a ticket for both days.

Is there a ticket limit?

  • You are welcome to purchase as many tickets as you wish.

How are tickets delivered?

  • Tickets will be delivered to your email. Please ensure that your email is correct before completing your purchase!

Do I need to print my ticket?

  • It is not necessary. You are welcome to show us your barcode on your phone on the day of the event.
  • Please remember that your name on your ticket MUST match your ID to gain entry.

Do you sell designated driver tickets?

  • General admission is the same price for everyone in attendance. Designated drivers will still have access to all the fun activities happening at the event!
  • There will be non-alcoholic drink options available, along with a specific non-alcoholic ‘wine’ available.
  • Please ensure that you have a safe ride home!

Are tickets refundable?

  • Pizza Pasta Wine tickets are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be transferable or given away to a friend as there is no way to trace them to the new buyer.

What about if the event is postponed?

  • If the event is postponed for any reason, tickets will not be refunded. All tickets will be valid for the next Pizza Pasta Wine event.

Drink Information

What methods of payment are accepted?

  • As we will be in a forest area with limited wifi access. All drinks will be cash only. Prepare to have cash on hand for drinks ahead of time.

Will there be non-alcoholic drink options?

  • There will be pop, water, and juice available for purchase
  • There will be one non-alcohol ‘wine’ option available for purchase

Are outside food and drink allowed at the event?

  • Sorry, no outside food or drink is permitted to enter the grounds.

Parking Information

How much is parking?

  • Parking is free. Please remember that this is a wine festival, so please ensure you have a designated driver, someone to pick you up, or an alternate way to get home.

Is there handicap access and parking?

  • Yes, we have a full parking team that can direct you to the designated handicap parking area.
  • Please keep in mind that we will be outside and some of the grounds may be uneven.
